“Customer” refers to the person or entity requesting services.
“Services” include all cleaning services undertaken.
SERVICE PROVISION
The Company will provide cleaning services with reasonable care and skill.
The Company reserves the right to decline cleaning any item.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide accurate information about the items to be cleaned.
Disclose any known damage, stains, or sensitivities.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Despite our best efforts, issues can arise due to circumstances beyond our control. The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by the cleaning process, including but not limited to: Colour running, Shrinking, Bleaching, Fabric distortion, Dye migration, Texture changes
By accepting these terms, the Customer understands that cleaning carries inherent risks and releases the Company from liability for unforeseen outcomes.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due upon completion of services.
Accepted payment methods: card payments, EFT’s and cash
CANCELLATION POLICY
24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
ACCEPTANCE
By requesting services, the Customer acknowledges reading, understanding, and accepting these terms and conditions.
